Bill 'n Hill may have done it again! This was a state that was
supposed to be "very competitive" as of early this morning, but the
early tallies from banked voted and LA and SF counties are showing
Hillary Clinton taking an impressive lead. However, this is just with
2% of precincts on the books plus banked early votes counted. Now, if
they go inland and to the 'burbs, Clinton should stay strong out
there. If she maintains this lead AND takes the inland and cow
counties, she's got a ton of delegates in her bucket.
As of a minute ago, both CNN and AP are reporting that, so far
tonight, Clinton has a confirmed 22 delegates while Obama has gotten
11...a 2 to 1 ratio.

Let's hope your desert prognostications this time around are more
accurate.

They usually are, if you care to keep up.
16% of pcts. reporting: Clinton 55%, Obama 32%
She just won it, because as the tallies go further out into the 'burbs
and cow counties, Obama gets weaker, except in San Bernardino County,
which should be good for around 100K votes for Obama due to voter
race. Not enough to tip the whole rest of the state.
Hillary's got it. Obama won a lot of states where the GOP was
obviously screwing around in the open primary (North Dakota for
Obama??? Yeah...riiiiiiiiight!) but it doesn't matter, since it's
delegate count that matters, and rural CDs can have "twofer" delegate
awards due to their geographical size, just like what happened in
Nevada for Obama.
