President Felipe Calderïn of Mexico has announced Mexico will not participate in the
next Summer Olympics.
He stated: 'Casi cada uno que puede funcionar, saltar, o la nadada ha salido ya del
paï.'
Translation: 'Pretty much everyone who can run, jump, or swim has already left the
country.'

That is such an old and tired joke. Originally, it was used in the Cold Ware
days and attributed to the Soviet puppet leader en East Germany.
(The major difference is that your Spanish translation makes no sense at
all: "Almost every unit that can operate, jump or the swimming has already
left the [slang for] blood brother")

If anything remotely related to Star Trek appears on our tv, it gets turned
off immediately.
