Anyway, this is taken out of context, doesn't say there is no WMD,
merely say that his capabilities to wage a war successfully on his
neighbors has been severely reduced.
What the ***** commentator says, and the weasels write, is pure
unrelated *****, like you losers do all the time, taking out of
context one unrelated sentence and blowing it out of proportion in some
other set up you make up.

conflict with his twisted view of the world.

And Bush has finally proven this beyond a doubt.
It's just the cost in lives, money and security that we're left to deal
with. And the lingering doubts about Bush's judgement, trustworthiness and
ability to be a competent commander-in-chief.

This is Colin Powell speaking Feb 24 2001 at a press conf in Egypt ....
We had a good discussion, the Foreign Minister and I and the President and
I, had a good discussion about the nature of the sanctions -- the fact that
the sanctions exist -- not for the purpose of hurting the Iraqi people, but
for the purpose of keeping in check Saddam Hussein's ambitions toward
developing weapons of mass destruction. We should constantly be reviewing
our policies, constantly be looking at those sanctions to make sure that
they are directed toward that purpose. That purpose is every bit as
important now as it was ten years ago when we began it. And frankly they
have worked. He has not developed any significant capability with respect to
weapons of mass destruction. He is unable to project conventional power
against his neighbors. So in effect, our policies have strengthened the
security of the neighbors of Iraq...

after the first Gulf War.
Then in July 2001, Rice states this:
But in terms of Saddam Hussein being there, let's remember that his country
is divided, in effect. He does not control the northern part of his country.
We are able to keep arms from him. His military forces have not been
rebuilt.
Within a few months we're being warned about mushrooom clouds because of
Saddam ... go figure eh.

The text wasn't taken out of context. This was taken a few months prior to
9-11. It was Rice and Powell both commenting directly about Saddam. Your
brain seems to be operating 'out of context'.
