interpretation.
Both X.72's 'Mongol King' and Lemesurier's 'King of Angoumois France'
are correct, here once again is further proof:

One who the infernal gods of Hannibal
Will cause to be reborn, terror of mankind
'Never' more horror nor worse of days
In the past than will come to the Romans through Babel
'NEVER' means never therefore speaks of the End of Days
1) X.75 had an Eastern HERMES God, II.30 is an Eastern Hannibal
(note the words 'terror and reborn' = Revelation's resurrected Empire
= reborn Mongol Empire)
2) Come to the Romans through Babel
Everyone knows of the Tower of Babel in old Babylon
Therefore II.30 speaks of a Hannibal King of terror (X.72) to invade
the west (ROMANS) through Babel (passing through PERSIA) = East Mongol
Empire.
The magic word is REBORN and from the EAST (from Babel to Rome) = only
the MONGOL EMPIRE!
