Dear Subscribers;
Firstly, my heart goes to all the victims of this tragedy, and may God bless
the souls of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Indeed this is one of the
worst hurricanes in the U.S. history.
Bill Lokey, the federal coordinating officer for the Federal Emergency
Management Agency, described Katrina as probably "the most significant
disaster ever to hit the United States in FEMA's history." Perhaps heads of
state, Bill Lokey, NWS and NASA should pay more attention to the stars.
George Noory, host of Coast-to-Coast AM asked me about the intensity and
numbers of those natural disasters hitting the world. I gave him my answer
but I doubt very much that people will understand the true reasons behind
these devastative natural forces. I will attempt to tell you more later on.

But how more precise can I be? I wrote this section of my book back in May
2004 and 2005 Moon Power was published in July 2004. Back in June 15th 2005
I also gave the EXACT date to George Noory in his international show "Coast
To Coast" insisting on what would happen on August 29th, 2005. And still
some people will email me telling me otherwise.

Secondly I want to thanks the thousands of my supporters who emailed me to
congratulate me for my ability to "predict" disasters. There are of course
others feel that I make a living gambling and hoping on negative
predictions, and that I am content when these disasters occur. For those of
you who know my work, and me I need not exemplify how false that is. Many of
you would be amazed to read what type of emails I get from the fearful
religious lunatics, jealous ignorant young souls or simply misguided people
cruising the net landing on my site. Note that ALL major catastrophes were
predicted in Moon Power: this includes Hurricane Andrew, the Kobe
earthquake, the Asia Tsunami, SARS the New York and London terrorist
attacks, the Bush re-election, the war in Iraq and so many others. I even
predicted Art Bell broadcasting troubles and printed his name in big letter
in my book and announced in 1991 that the United States was to get into a
very nasty religious war. And again I am appealing for your common sense
people, where were those famous psychics and astrologer that charges you
hundreds of dollars for a reading with Katrina? Why NONE of them wrote or
even talk about it? Its time for many people to wake up and smell the rose
and accept reality! There is only a thin line between Divine information and
pure imagination and you have your common sense to guide you. Ignorance is

"psychic" the least that one can do is to check his/her credibility and
read his/her well-documented predictions? But the reality is that; the
majority of people is gullible and desperate for guidance and will become

us all. My goal is to find enough support where the institutions will

Well right above your head in the Universe there are planets and those
celestial bodies are more than dead rocks. To the dead scientists logical
mind they are only rocks of course and others scientists ' imagination will
get wild and will blame the Russian using technology to control weather
pattern to destroy the US oil supply. Others mental snobs' will write
newsletters about the Mayans predictions and the "Earth Changes" and will
blame both the sun or the depleting ozone layer dooming this world to and
horrific end. Others religious lunatics will use the bible's quotes or worse
"the bible secret code" to denunciate the upcoming apocalyptic time. All
that is because their own natal UCI (Unique Celestial Identity) is simply
limited to a rigid erroneous education and limited experiences. There is a
BIG difference between education and intelligence.
Uranus is an eccentric planet and produces a sudden release of energy.

planet creates earthquakes and it is now into the sign of Pisces (* water)
and this celestial manifestation is exerting tremendous forces on large

out of Pisces (and the gods appeased?) the energy will simply dissipate.

healthy sign for our earthy spaceship. There is more danger with man's

Thursday June 22nd, 2006 The Dragon's Head will enter the sign of Pisces

The news Dragon in Pisces will force a total restructure of the
pharmaceutical companies the FDA and the oil industry. Pisces rules the
Middle East and will bring more attacks by terrorists worldwide. Neptune
(ruler of Pisces) rules also chemicals and poison and could bring about
disaster at sea and on the American and allied soils. Serious decision
pertaining to the war in the Middle East will have to be taken by the US and
British government. The entire region will ally against the west and will

What is a cult leader?
Over the last two thousands years, Neptune (Poseidon the Lord of deception)
has imposed his stellar will upon the world and stimulated man's imagination

and financially oriented churches officials were fast to exploit the weak
spirits of the "dark Ages" by controlling both information and education of
the God fearing uneducated masses. Like all "organized" institutions their
final aim was control, wealth and power.
Sad enough as induced by Uranus (the God of the Skies) there are also a
multitude of deceiving New Age Organizations and its destructive
practitioners; also motivated by control, wealth and power. Like all
organized religions, their plan is also to control your psyche and bunch up
on your financial support in order to survive. The common person will be
sold easily and join a popular religion, read the daily horoscope or fall
pray of any psychic entice. Any intelligent or skeptical person will see
through it and, given the option, will investigate thoroughly the spiritual
guide and its claims before investing his money or curious spirit. While the
young ignorant soul unable to enter the archetypal realm of consciousness,
will have to battle his personal ignorant demons, and blaspheme obvious
predictions.
But what really contributes to alter cosmic consciousness in all humans is
mostly; jealousy, ignorance, fears, religious poisoning, mental snobbism
(scientists) produced by a weak UCI (Unique Celestial Identity) or a very

The subject uses negative Plutonic energy, magnetic voice piercing eyes,
private (i.e. Hitler etc.)
The subject uses and demands money for his cause (i.e. to build temple,

The subject uses physical strengths and abuses others (i.e. rapists, con man

The subject is totally unaware of the working of the Universal Mind (i.e.

In all honesty this type of endeavor is detrimental to a well balanced
society and as much as I defend and support freedom of expression I am
totally against any form of cult in any way, shape or form. I am real, I
have real gifts to offer society and help mankind's metal evolution. I have

So you want to censor the internet?
Just because you don't like what he has to say?
I don't bother reading his posts, as I find them long winded, predict
nothing beyond "something will happen, eventually", and aimed at the
people who would pay $5.99/minute for a phone call to some psychic
friend network. I don't believe he has any ability to predict anything.
But I don't see a need for him to be censored.
If he was calling for the deaths of all (choose
religion/race/nationality/etc) then I still wouldn't censor him. I
would be more than happy to call the cops on him though, and see him
thrown in jail. But that's not what he is doing here. He is just
making predictions that you don't agree with. And, claiming that he did
predict something that levelled a city.
The term ghoul, I won't argue with.

New Orleans Evacuates Amid Flooding, Looting and Health Fears
Aug. 31 (Bloomberg) --
Rescue efforts in New Orleans focused on evacuating from the city those
still trapped in floodwaters, amid looting and health fears following
the passage of Hurricane Katrina across Louisiana and Mississippi.
Katrina two days ago swept over the U.S. Gulf states, reaching as far
as Florida, demolishing buildings, toppling trees and leaving floods in
its wake. Damage has been estimated at $25 billion, and the death toll
may exceed 100, with widespread destruction in Mississippi, Louisiana
and Alabama.
In New Orleans, the situation has worsened since the storm, with 80
percent of the city flooded, Sergeant Frank Coates, a spokesman for the
Louisiana state police, said in a telephone interview from Baton Rouge.
While at least one shooting has taken place, and people are looting,
efforts are focused on ``preserving life'' rather than halting such
activity, he said.
``We're trying to help out where we can with stopping any crime but
obviously getting people stranded on their rooftops to safety is a
priority,'' Coates said today. ``We want to get people out because the
water is contaminated.''
The water levels in New Orleans were still rising because there are at
least three breaches in the city's levee system, which authorities have
been unable to fix, he said.
New Orleans, a city of 500,000 within a metropolitan area of 1.3
million, depends on pumps and levees to keep dry because of its low
elevation. Some of the city lies as much as 20 feet (6 meters) below
sea level.
Floating Bodies
In parts of the city that weren't submerged by floodwaters, people
started looting food and clothing shops and a gun store, Coates said. A
policeman was shot after he tried to stop one looter from stealing, he
said. Coates didn't know how badly injured the officer was. Authorities
in the New Orleans area announced a dusk-to-dawn curfew to stop thefts,
he said.
Some dead bodies were seen floating in New Orleans and pulled out of
the water to avoid health hazards, Coates said. There was no official
death toll for the area yet, he said.
Authorities were still rescuing people from rooftops and have received
emergency calls from more than 1,900 stranded people.
Health and sanitation problems and getting supplies, especially bottled
water, to people who aren't in shelters are a ``major area'' of
concern, Nicholas Stahl, a spokesman for the Louisiana Security and
Emergency Preparedness Department, said in a telephone interview today
from Baton Rouge.
Contamination
``The whole water supply in the city is contaminated,'' Stahl said.
``There's everything from gas station fuel to the contents of people's
toilets mixing in with the water.'' Rodent infestation, dead animals
and disease are all worries, he said.
Pumping water out of flooded areas is ``a waste of effort'' until the
breaches in the levees can be fixed, Stahl said. With fuel shortages
and no power, engineers were struggling to get heavy equipment to the
breaches, he added.
The U.S. Coast Guard rescued thousands yesterday in the New Orleans
area, which remained flooded in water as deep as 20 feet, the agency
said on its Web site.
At least 50 people died in Harrison County, Mississippi, including as
many as 30 in a Biloxi apartment building that collapsed, Mississippi
Emergency Management spokesman Jim Pollard said in an interview
yesterday.
Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour put the death toll as high as 80 in
Harrison County, in an interview on NBC's ``Today'' show yesterday,
while the New York Times, citing an emergency management official,
reported that 100 were killed.
Mississippi Devastation
Television images have shown near complete devastation in the cities of
Gulfport and Biloxi on the Mississippi coast. There are virtually no
buildings in Gulfport that aren't ``substantially damaged,'' Pollard
said.
Mississippi rescue teams have ventured out on search missions in the
most affected areas to locate people in their homes who need help.
``Search and recovery teams are going from door to door, combing the
streets and trying to find out who needs help out there,'' Heath
Carpenter, a spokesman for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency,
said in a telephone interview.
Several thousand rescuers were distributing food, water, ice and
medical supplies where needed, he said. He couldn't provide an estimate
of the number of people left behind.
Curfews were in place in the coastal counties of Harrison, Jackson, and
Hancock, where much of the land is flooded and also in Jones County,
further north, he said. The state capital, Jackson, which isn't in the
county of the same name, was also under curfew, and 80 percent of
Mississippi was without power, he said, adding that ``very little''
looting had taken place.
Rescuers are preparing to evacuate as many as 15,000 people who had
sought shelter from the hurricane in the Louisiana Superdome as there
were structure problems and a hole in the roof, Coates said. There were
reports about unrest in the arena as distressed people are holding out
on the seats, Coates said.
`Filthy' Superdome
``People don't know if their homes will be still be there once they get
out,'' Coates said. ``It's clear that they are distressed and tensions
are rising high.''
The Superdome's bathrooms are filthy, trash barrels overflowed and the
air conditioning had gone off since power stopped when the storm hit
Aug. 29, the Associated Press reported yesterday. Desperate for air,
dozens of the refugees slept on the walkway surrounding the dome, AP
said.
About 1.4 million customers were without power late yesterday from
Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle, down from more than 2.1 million
earlier in the day, according to estimates from Entergy Corp., Cleco
Corp. and Southern Co., the parents of utilities in Mississippi,
Alabama and Florida. The estimates were in statements on company Web
sites.
Insurance
The American Red Cross is housing 70,000 people in 230 shelters,
spokeswoman Laura Howe said. The shelters give food, water and
toiletries to people forced from their homes by the hurricane.
President George W. Bush declared parts of Mississippi and Alabama
major disaster areas, freeing up federal aid. He plans to return to
Washington today because of the hurricane, cutting short a vacation at
his Texas ranch, White House spokesman Scott McClellan said. The
president may visit the affected areas by the end of the week,
McClellan said.
U.S. insurers such as State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. said
the destruction left by Katrina means it may be days before they can
determine claims that storm modeler AIR Worldwide Inc. yesterday
estimated could reach $25 billion. Researchers said the storm may be
the second-most expensive in U.S. history.

Bush warns recovery will be long and slow
President flies over devastated areas along Gulf Coast

WASHINGTON -- After flying at 1,700 feet over the devastation left by
Hurricane Katrina yesterday, a grim President Bush returned to the
White House from his vacation in Texas to tell the nation that the
recovery from one of the nation's worst natural disasters "will take
years."

"This is going to be a difficult road. The challenges we face are
unprecedented. But there is no doubt in my mind we will succeed," he
said.
Faced with the worst national crisis since the terrorist attacks on
Sept. 11, 2001, the White House vowed it will ask Congress for money to
help the thousands of victims along the Gulf Coast, although nobody
knows yet how many billions of dollars will be needed.
Surrounded by members of his Cabinet after an emergency meeting, Bush
said the Coast Guard had rescued nearly 2,000 people and that the
Defense Department had sent planes, ships, helicopters and the Navy's
hospital ship Comfort to the region.
He said the Army Corps of Engineers was still trying to patch broken
levees to stop the flooding of New Orleans from Lake Pontchartrain and
millions of tons of supplies were being rushed to the region. He said
the Transportation Department is working to establish alternative means
of access, with roads impassable and bridges destroyed.
"Right now the days seem awfully dark for those affected," Bush said.
"I understand that. But I'm confident that with time you'll get your
life back in order, new communities will flourish, the great city of
New Orleans will be back on its feet, and America will be a stronger
place for it."
Bush pledged that repairing the region's infrastructure will be a major
priority. He said long-term housing and education for thousands of
displaced citizens must be provided, and that outbreaks of disease must
be prevented.
He praised the "armies of compassion," such as the American Red Cross,
the Salvation Army and Catholic Charities. For Americans who want to
help, he said, the best solution is to donate cash, specifically
designated for hurricane relief.
The deaths, damage, suffering and heartbreak was so extensive that the
scope of the federal government's response is unprecedented, according
to Michael Chertoff, secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
He was named by Bush yesterday to head the federal task force on
Katrina's aftermath and coordinate the federal government's response.
For the first time, Chertoff invoked the nation's new 450-page National
Response Plan after declaring Hurricane Katrina an "incident of
national significance." Surrounded by the heads of the various
departments at a news conference, Chertoff pledged that the entire
federal government would make every effort "to ensure that our fellow
citizens have the sustained support and the necessary aid to recover
and reclaim their homes, their lives and their communities."
Congressional leaders pledged that next week they will immediately take
up legislation to help. Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev.,
urged the Bush administration to provide Congress with damage
assessments so action can be taken in the Senate on Tuesday. "The hours
ahead will be critical in saving lives and putting an end to further
destruction," he said. "We must not waste any time in giving these
families the resources they need."
With oil supplies from the many Gulf Coast pipelines now cut off and
gasoline prices soaring around the country, Bush authorized oil from
the National Petroleum Reserves released to try to stabilize supplies.
But there were immediate concerns that with refineries in Louisiana out
of production, getting the oil processed was becoming a problem.
Steve Johnson, the new administrator of the Environmental Protection
Agency, said the Clean Air Act gives him authority to waive
environmental protections so that refineries could bypass standards for
fuel blends that limit sulfur in diesel fuel and the rate at which fuel
evaporates. Yesterday, he expanded the waiver from Louisiana,
Mississippi, Alabama and Florida to the remaining 46 states.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency deployed 39 medical assistance
teams from across the United States to the Gulf region. About 1,700
trailer trucks have been packed with water, ice, ready-to-eat meals,
generators and tents and are on their way to the region, especially
Gulfport and Biloxi, Miss., and New Orleans.
Chertoff said 500 buses have been mobilized to make the seven-hour trip
from New Orleans to Houston to evacuate thousands of people who took
refuge in the New Orleans' Superdome to Houston's Astrodome.
Bush said the first priority is saving lives and rescuing stranded
residents off rooftops in New Orleans, beset by rising water, looting,
fire, lack of food and drinking water and, increasingly, the threat of
disease from water contaminated by oil, chemicals and dead animals and
sultry temperatures.
Michael Leavitt, secretary of the Department of Health and Human
Services, said, "We are gravely concerned about the potential for
cholera, typhoid and dehydrating diseases that could come as a result
of the stagnant water and the conditions. The [Centers for Disease
Control] and the Food and Drug Administration will be focusing on
chemical and toxicology matters. We'll be also working with local
officials on sanitation and on food safety. We're concerned about
mosquito abatement."
Michael Brown, the head of FEMA, said the government will have to
change its way of thinking about how to handle a natural disaster. He
said that the old solution of sending people checks was not feasible
when there is no electricity, no banking, no telephones, no mail
service.
He said many must be prepared to realize they won't be able to get back
to their homes, if they are still standing, for months, if ever.
"We will recover," he vowed. "We are in this for the long haul. We will
get it done."
Addressing the problem of looting and "civil unrest," Brown said 11,000
National Guard members, under the direction of governors, and local law
enforcement officials will deal with it. Bush has the authority to send
in active military personnel to handle civil unrest but is reluctant to
send them in unless there is no alternative.
For the first time in U.S. history, a major city has been ordered
totally evacuated, but thousands of people have been unable or
unwilling to leave New Orleans.
Nonetheless, Paul McHale, assistant secretary of defense for homeland
security, said, "We anticipate at this point that the nature of the
criminal activity is such that civilian law enforcement and the
National Guard in state status will be able to establish and preserve
civil order."
