If the UN was in charge and there were no occupying troops, Iraqis could
rebuild their country and create the kind of government they want. If
Saddam reappears and they allow him back, then that is their choice. If
they want to have a civil war, that's their choice too.

who cares what the OIC wants? they're not in iraq. they dont represent
the iraqi people. the fact is, opinion polling shows the iraqis want
us there. to ignore this is racist.
