RrrraAAHHH!!! *****!! All!
Total and complete anhiliation by an allconsuming GTW!!
Global Thermonuclear War NOW!
Let mother Earth sort out the rubbish in a few million years, let us
completely destroy ourselves!
I vouch for North Korea!!
Dare you launch the first live one?
If not: Pussies!!
Land one on Turtle Island first; then it'll all go the right way. Those
dumb fuckers in charge of TI will undoubtedly send the ICBM's the wrong
way, and we can all enjoy the Big One...

I agree largely with this post. As sad as it is I think this planet is in a
right mess. Humanity is a deadly disease slowly destroying earth and the
only solution is to wipe out Humanity. Can you imagine what it will be like
living on this planet in another 100 years time, no oil, gas, prices in
shops at ridiculous prices, mass unemployment, global warming. Look at
crime everywhere you go and it gets worse every year, terrorism increasing
all the time despite the war on terror which has actually made matters far
worse. I think it is indeed time we unleashed the bombs and rid this planet
of it's parasites.

Now that's being picky. Contraction versus possession of pronouns
versus proper nouns is a hard one for most people to remember.

You won't be able to gett rid of parasite no matter how much you try,
because everyhting feeds on something else. All live is parasitic.

Well, maybe just a couple, say in Tehran and Damascus. We could set them
off high up so the main effect would be the EMP. Once their electronics
quit working, they'd see that the West wasn't fooling about the
compliance. Think of the boost it would give to the tech companies,
replacing all that fried hardware. (sarcasm mode off) Fred is probably
as sick of the whole thing as I am, but flinging nukes isn't the answer.
The 'Arabs' are going to have to grow up and join the rest of the world,
and probably abandon most of their 7th century outlook in the process.
Freedom begins when you tell Mrs Grundy to go fly a kite. As long as the
Islamic population slavishly follows the ditates of the Mullahs, there
will be NO progress.

I'm pretty sure a significant percentage of Iranians aren't
really happy with the Mullahs, but you must know how difficult
it is to fight an established government.

Oh yes, I know quite well how hard it is to fight an established government.
Old Will said the pen is mightier than the sword, but swords tend to chop
right through pens every time. (I make swords, so I have some technical
expertise in this regard.) Logical arguements fade in the face of
authoritarian arguements most of the time. The only case I can recall in the
last 200 years is India with Ghandi and the retirement of the British.
Governments have the monopoly on physical coersion, and have no qualms about
using it whenever they feel threatened. It takes guts to flip off the Big
Bird, and you have to be prepared to pay the penalty for your insubordination.
But a purely authoritarian arguement won't last forever. Sooner or later,
governments will step across the line one time too many, and find to their
dismay that they are outnumbered by their population by a significant amount.
Whether that realization is arrived at by fair means or foul is dependant on
just how far they stepped across the line, and how brutal they were in the
process. Of course the game is rigged, don't let that stop you. If you don't
bet, you can't win. Question Authority, kick sleeping dogmas and force them to
justify their existance.
