Quatrain IV-32 was deciphered more than ten years ago. At the
time, the date found hidden in it was March 11, 2002. As that day
came and went, as former Russian President Boris Yelstin was
still alive (you see, he was supposed to be dead when this future
event was due to happen), and as the Aegean Sea was not nuked by
accident, this meant... back to the drawing board!

Perhaps it would be useful to state once again the conditions
under which Nostradamus enciphered his texts.
*
1. First, there is one cryptic anagram per line of text. This
means that -- for Nostradamus' prose -- one must know how the
text was printed originally (for his poetry, it is easy, one line
equals one cryptic anagram).
*
2. In the deciphered text, all words must be written with all of
their letters... except one (1) letter, if need be.
*
3. When the line is completely deciphered, one is left with a
number of letters which have not been used in the deciphering
process, and with a number of letters which have been added to
the line to make the cryptic anagram work. The difference between
these two numbers of letters must never be more than one (1)
letter.

Back to the original quatrain IV-32:

That's right! =A0Nostradamus uses Greek letters in his fourth line.
Why? =A0Maybe because his prophecy is about... Greece?

With this in mind, I proceeded to decipher these four lines. As I
also knew some classical Greek, I was also able to use the Greek
letters in the process and to place them exactly where Roman
letters would have fitted in the anagram.

There was, however, a problem with line 1: The date I found at
first was wrong! Here is what I had found:

Note that in this case the date is written in full letters, no
Roman numerals. Which might explain why I thought it was legit.
It wasn't.

After March 11, 2002, the only change made to the deciphered text
was to line 1. Here is the fully deciphered text:

Note that I have used the two Greek letters [Pa] to write [Pa]ris
in line 4.

This time, two words in the date are written in Roman numerals:
eleven (XI) and two (II), for March Eleven Two Thousand and
Twelve. However, in line 3, the date of the destruction of Paris
was also using some Roman numerals, i.e. 13 (XIII) and 10 and 7,
or seventeen (UU VII), which might have tipped me into doing the
same thing originally with line 1, but... I did not.

The completely deciphered text, in modern English, with words no
longer used or spelled thus between asterisks, reads:
