It's all illuminati controlled especially the judges, some people volunteer
to be the scape goat, it looks real but it's all contrived.
You don't need a prophet, just know someone on the inside.

DeLay has already been indicted. Frist has not been, and I don't expect
him to be. He began the process of divesting his stock months before
the sale that is being investigated. Large selloffs of that nature are
investigated as a matter of course, and I don't think the fact that this
sale is being investigated is reason to assume that anything illegal
occurred.
I doubt if Cheney or Bush were to be indicted, even if Fitzgerald sees
their fingerprints plainly all over the Plame case.
Were I Rove, or his attorney, I'd be pretty darned worried right about
now, though. Not sure on Libby.
I personally think that the whole Plame thing stinks from the head
(Bush) down, but I doubt there's enough of a paper trail, or political
support, to reel in the big fish. Probably enough among political
circles to allow Rove and Libby to take the heat, definitely Rove (IIRC,
he's generally disliked).

DeLay has already been indicted.

I hope he burns.

Frist has not been, and I don't expect

I suppose it depends on the quarterly reports. He could have started up
to 3 months prior to the poor report.

I doubt if Cheney or Bush were to be indicted, even if Fitzgerald sees
their fingerprints plainly all over the Plame case.

I can only hope. Judith Miller of the NYTimes goes to jail for 3 months
refusing to reveal her source, then finally goes before Fitz and says 'I
don't remember' ... she's obviously protecting someone and it appears to
be someone higher up then Libby.

Were I Rove, or his attorney, I'd be pretty darned worried right about
now, though. Not sure on Libby.

It's hard to tell if Miller's lapse of memory was enough to save Libby.
Have to wait and see ...

Gonzales (sp) gave Andrew Card a 12 hour heads up to start taking care
of the paper trail.
I don't believe Rove's well liked much now either ... so he may burn ...
Cheers!

Apparently, Libby sent a letter to Miller that contained a paragraph
that could be interpretted as attempting to influence her testimony.
So, sounds like he could be on the table, after all ...
From http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9727260/ :
"Libby could be open to false statement and obstruction charges if his
testimony contradicts that of New York Times reporter Judith Miller and
if the prosecutor concludes a private letter Libby sent to Miller was
intended to influence her grand jury testimony, lawyers and other
sources involved in the case said."
<paragraphs omitted>
from 2nd page [http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9727260/page/2/ ]:
"Sources said Libby could be in legal jeopardy over one sentence in a
Sept. 15 letter he sent to Miller while she was still in jail. In that
letter, Libby urged Miller to testify about their conversations and
noted that other reporters had made clear to the grand jury that “they
did not discuss Ms. Plame’s name or identity with me.”
Miller wrote in the Times that part of Libby’s letter surprised her
”because it might be perceived as an effort by Mr. Libby to suggest that
I, too, would say we had not discussed Ms. Plame’s identity.”
“Yet my notes suggested that we had discussed her job,” Miller said."

Yes, that's true, but we can't be 100% certain that the direct result of
that is that there is little/no paper trail to link Bush/Cheney. In our
legal system, it's innocent until proven guilty, not the other way round.

I don't believe Rove's well liked much now either ... so he may burn ...

I get the impression that people in the Beltway hate Rove, like Red Sox
fans hate the Yankees. He's screwed if there's any evidence against
him, IMHO.

The latest 'news' now is that a high ranking official is turning.
The 'John Dean' of 'Plamegate' hopefully.

And he's not been a very nice fellow in the political arena. I'm sure
there's many Republicans cheering on his potential demise.
