in the early 50s, it has never killed a civilian intentionally, never.

noble struggle to protect themselves and their beautiful land.

Well as I was saying AK at first, ULFA is to blame. But he didn't like
it because there were not many Christians in it. See, he desesperately

In your dreams. They put down the terrorists. They do not kill civilians
on purpose. They sure won't stop targeting the terrorists who use
civilians as shields when they kill innocents, but that is the
responsibility of the terrorists not to do either (use civilians OR kill
civilians) according to the Geneva convention. Putting them down like
dogs is a duty. But they deplore any civilian lost of life. UNLIKE THE
PALESTINIANS WHO REJOICE AT ANY MURDER OF INNOCENTS.
