him toe the line for Bush). He had no choice but to stay in long enough to get
Duhbya reelected. I don't think we should be condemning his tepid "support" of
Bush for that, but condemning Bush for screwing up (yet again!) by not giving
Colin Powell the power, authority, and respect he deserved.
