I'm sure such eye contacts exist somewhere for the average consumer. In
the movie industry, they use all kinds of special eye appliances. I
imagine a Google search would turn up the sources!!
I never did acid. I fooled around with cubensis shrooms, though, and they
are similar in effect, but much less intense (depending on potency, usage,
etc.). I know what it's like to have some vivid hallucinatory
experiences...although not up to the level of LSD. I was afraid of acid.
The fear could've made any acid trip into a bad one because a person's
mental preset often determines the quality and nature of the
experience.But, I did experience intense colors and unusual sounds, as
well as a 'feeling' I was in a different time and location...such as
Cairo, Egypt, back in seemingly the 1920s, during one shroom trip that was
quite pleasant, very memorable. A few trips were not at all pleasant,
however! From 1971-75, and then again for a brief time around 1979. I
popped small numbers of shrooms occasionally...it's something you really
can't do every day. The drug drains one's energy, mentally and physically,
if done too often.
If you fear any drug, including soft drugs like mary jane then it's best
to leave it alone! ;)
Mostly, the 1960s-70s were more enjoyable than the decades that followed.
Now, in the early part of the 21st century, I find myself wanting to
return to those days, which seem even better in contrast.
