Sometimes two events occur in time close to each other. History
tends to remember the most important and forgets its anecdotal
companion.
*
Sixty-five years ago, in December 1941, two events having a
lasting impact occurred during the same month. The important one,
an attack by the Japanese Imperial forces against the US fleet
anchored at Pearl Harbor, is still remembered nowadays. The other
one is not remembered, but... its consequences are still acted
upon in the US every year: the setting to the fourth Thursday of
November of Thanksgiving Day by Joint Resolution of Congress.
*
Prior to 1942, when the Resolution first took effect, the exact
date for the celebration of Thanksgiving was left to various
local authorities. Sometimes, they all agreed, sometimes not. The
results was a ridiculous situation where the US President would
proclaim a given Thursday, only to be followed by a handful of
States, while other States preferred a different Thursday for
different reasons.
*
To put an end to this confusion, Congress acted... in December
1941. When? The day after the US Declatation of War against
Japan.
*
Which brings us to Nostradamus. He loves to date an event using
another one. Thus, he does not have to give any date whatsoever.
All his readers have to do is to wait for event number one to
happen and they know that event number two is not far away.
*
So, in December 1941, the US got both: the Declaration of War
against Japan and the Joint Resolution of Congress about
Thanksgiving Day.
*
Is there a quatrain dealing with both? Of course, there is.
*
--------------- C E N T V R I E__P R E M I E R E. ------------
----------------------- (édition de 1555) --------------------
*
---- 50 - De l'aquatique triplicité naistra ------------------
--------- D'vn qui fera le ieudy pour sa feste: --------------
--------- Son bruit,loz,regne,sa puissance croistra, ---------
--------- Par terre & mer aux orients tempeste. --------------
*
The decyphered text follows:
*
--------- Le Iapon attaque l'Amérique et tire ----------------
--------- en une surprise totale qui effraye -----------------
--------- ses si gros nauires ancrés à son Port Pearl --------
--------- et le prix en sera... un Atome très empesté ! ------
*
The original was too vague to be understood before the fact. And
when the Joint Resolution of Congress was passed, it was too late
to guess that the US would declare war upon Japan (and eventually
nuke two of her cities). Why? Because it happened the day before.
*
The decyphered text is only concerned with the atomic consequence
of the Japanese attack of December 7, 1941. Why? Because
Nostradamus knows that, when the US is attacked, she retaliates.
*
And why is this important to Nostradamus? Because on August 13,
2017, the US Embassy in Beijing is attacked, its male diplomats
all slaughtered in Tienanmen Square, and the US immediately
retaliates, intending to nuke Tienanmen. By mistake, it nukes
Paris. That's why Thanksgiving Day, Pearl Harbor, Hiroshima and
Nagasaki are important to Nostradamus.
*
And how does he identify the US in the original text? By speaking
of one born out of one of the three astrological Water Signs of
the Zodiac (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces), one who celebrates a
holiday on a Thursday, one whose fame, glory and power would
increase while, by sea and by land, he would launch a storm
against the orientals.
*
Clever, eh, this Nostradamus?!
