Get one of the Speech-To-Text programs for your 'puter!
I had one years ago ( still have it too ) ... I used to for playing
online games ... all I'd have to say is 'Rocket' and my character would
switch from using a Super Shotgun to a rocket launcher ... it was pretty
amazing and it was fairly cheap too ... under $30USD at the time.

I've known a couple of people who have had that, and they *loved* the
results, so you should be feeling really good in a relatively short
