Gonzo claims the burden of proof lies with Congress to show
why this issue is relevant, when Gonzales used the phrase
"I don't recall" over 100 times in his Congressional testimony.
The real issue is, why does Gonzales not recall, not seem to
know what is going on in the department (DOJ) that he is
heading up ? Not surprisingly, in near complete unanimity,
senators on the Senate Judiciary Committee are calling for
the resignation of Alberto Gonzales as US Attorney General.
