What is the truth of this claim ?
Government is as competent or incompetent as the population which elects it.
That's because government is not filled by people from another planet.

That is why Greed is not good.
Greed leads (without exception) to criminal government .
Criminal government leads ( without exception) to failure.
Anyone ho believes that greed is good is contributing to the
delinquency of government.

"Government is almost totally incompetent"

Government is supremely competent at stealing your money and getting you
to lay around on your lazy fat ***** doing absolutely nothing about it.

Americans? I remember voting and while my candidates didn't win I
respect the outcome. And don't bring up Florida - in the end the
Florida legislature had complete authority to decide the outcome,
as the U.S. Constitution does not guarantee the people any right
to vote for President at all. The fact that all 50 states
conduct elections to determine the Electors is tradition, not a
constitutional requirement, and at any time any state may change
its method of choosing the Electors.

Fair enough. HOwever, don't forget all the irregularities before the
election in Florida. It does't matter anymore as to who is CURRENTLY
president, but some of us paranoid types are genuinely worried that this is
a prelude to a national "fixed" election procedure. Check out who owns the
voting machines now being placed in many many precincts around the country,
and what their political *ties* (not merely party affiliation) are.

And don't bring up Florida -

Happy to oblige, Dogg.
