Yes, probably, since they're now on the receiving end of the
legislative stick. But, it remains to be seen whether all the 'tortured
souls' are Republicans. A power storm's brewing and we've already seen
the first gale blow in -- the Democrats don't want Bush to send more
troops to Iraq.
