Spycraft: HOMELAND SECURITY IS A CON TO STOP SENATE OVERSIGHT OVER
TERROR INFO

If you've been wondering what the motivation is behind having
Homeland Security and then refusing to pay a nickle to support it (See
U S Mayors Convention Report 2004) I just figured it out. God, it's a
beautiful scam! I tell you, that Gingrich is an EVER-LOVING
genius...then again, I wouldn't put it past Mad Dog Red Rover and the
Russian-Deflectors from the Heritage Foundation, either! Here's the
deal.
The Pentagon (NASA), the Treasury, Justice (FBI), The State Dept
(CIA)and Dept of Defense (NSA) ALL have two things in common. First
they are all controlled by the sitting US Presidents...they are his
"Cabinets", if I'm not mistaken. THe President sets policy for all...
Secondly, I say they all appear to be
Nuclear/Energy/Oil/Fed/Saudi-Compromised.
BEFORE 9/11 there were several departments and divisions that WERE
UNDER CONGRESSIONAL control and not the President's direct control
that had access to critical international information. Today, that
same information would be invalulable in helping us solve the answer
of which government hit us on 9/11. Regrettably, due to the Bush
administration's incredibly fast action and all the Demo & Rep
Saudi-Lap Dogs (kerry?) in the Senate...Bush was able to TRANSFER a
significant portion of their duties & access AWAY from the
Congressionally controlled/overseen parts of the government and
directly INTO HOMELAND SECURITY, under the PRETEXT of national
security and the undeclared war on terror. In effect, this BOLD
action, effectively STOPPED and/or materially undermined, if not
destroyed, ALL CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT over every single bit of
information coming in through contact with international sources that
would pertain to 9/11.
THe plot thickens...with ALL 9/11 related information transferred into
Homeland Security and with no reasonable funding...the Bush
Administration has effectively created an airtight "Safe" and locked
all the information away from Government control. There isn't so much
as a red cent in the budget to even hire staffers to review files or
even to RESPOND to outside requests for information. The underfunding
is critical to avoid too many "staffers" from poking around and seeing
all the correspondence between the Pentagon and Hamas. (just kidding?)
BUDGET BUSH-SITZEN! From this perspective it becomes clear that Bush's
Funding for NASA, Mars and "To Infiniti and Beyond" isn't Bush going
"Buzz Lightyear" on us! It actually ties up the Federal Budget for
decades (if the Senate Buys the stupid idea) So that WE CAN NEVER fund
Homeland Security adequately enough to diminish the President's
control, for the next 50 years. Otherwise, it's budget-busting. That's
why the President won't even declare the money for the Iraq war
because part of it can be used to "Wake Up" Homeland Security from
it's deep, pathetic sleep. Another beautiful Coup!
The President isn't the slightest bit interested in allowing Homeland
Security to "protect" us adequately because HE, of all people knows,
there is absolutely NO threat to the American people. The threat is
against the American Govt, the Global Oil/Energy/Minerals industry and
the US Military. There's NO reason to fund it!
In one Political Ploy of sheer genius...the Bush Administration has
effectively destroyed ALL oversight over White House action overseas,
by controlling EVERY LAST BIT OF AVAILABLE INFORMATION AND
INTELLIGENCE ON WHAT IS HAPPENING OVERSEAS! ! I mean ALL OF IT!
What about the Senate Foreign Relations Commtte? What I really think
is fascinating is the "cooperative non-funding game" is a signature of
Gingrich. What he would do is agree to legistlation that the Bush
Administration really didn't want to adopt but only talked about it to
fraudulently secure the Votes ("No Child Left Behind-Was Just A
Political Ruse"). Then you cut off funding for it...or fund it so
sparingly that it's lifeblood is cutoff and it just dies.
Just like Homeland Security. Gingrich/Rove/Delay came up with the
scheme to transfer all info and intel on international stuff
completely into the hands of the Bush Administration and cut it off
completely from Congressional Oversight. No Oversight...no
Control...No Checks & Balances...No Constitutional Limits! The Perfect
Scenario for A Takeover.
Even Robert Mueller, head of the FBI said yesterday..."The threats to
our security include those who would do us harm...continue to
infiltrate our government."
DON'T ASK...DON'T SMELL!
