Let's assume for a second that this is not make believe, and that they are
going to meet up for a duke out. How difficult is it going to be for Tony
to attend? Now, how difficult for Werewolfy? There's a massive disconnect
in the required effort for each of our "combatants" to attend. Tony might
only have to cross the street, whereas Werewolfy has to cross an ocean.
I believe in this case, Werewolfy is indeed entitled to some kind of
insurance, because it is unreasonable to expect someone to cross the
Atlantic on the mere possibility that the reason for doing so is valid.
The only way I can see any of this being cleared up, is for Tony to retract
his challenge... his pride will not allow him to do that.

in the required effort for each of our "combatants" to attend. Tony might
only have to cross the street, whereas Werewolfy has to cross an ocean.

insurance, because it is unreasonable to expect someone to cross the

In principle, I agree with this, but again, the Atlantic didn't seem to be an
issue the last time around, and even though I agree that Wolfie should have
some reasonable assurance that he wouldn't be walking into an empty gym, there
has to be a better way to confirm it other than getting Tony's home address.
