First, bird brain, I never physically threatened you or your family. I
never mentioned your family at all. I have a copy of that post I made and
you know your family wasn't mentioned. The 'threat' you refer to is a
common expression of anger, or flaming, on the usenet and the words
"you'll be sorry" (IF you persist in a certain direction) referred to my
intention to report you for ABUSE to YOUR news server, and an attempt to
locate your ISP and complain to them, too. Unlike you, I decided to simply
drop the matter.
Second, numb nuts, your "evidence" presented below that you say makes your
case that I am behind these usenet messages, email messages and your
little guestbook message, doesn't apply to me in the slightest.
Third, I am a disabled low-income senior in a large apartment complex
which has a computer center. You know what that is, dumbo? It's for those
of us who can't afford expensive computers or internet fees. Maybe you
wouldn't know about that. Maybe you're too stuffed full of money and nice
new things to play with. Lots of us out here aren't that fortunate. I use
their bank of 8 computers, which have recently been updated with new
machines--from 98SE to XP.
The service is included in my subsidized rent.
Now, this is more personal information than I wanted to relate to folks
here, but considering your ugly allegations and creepy investigation into
my online presence, I feel I must give some clarification here in my
defense.
It is failry clear to me now that someone in our large complex (220 units)
is composing and sending these messages. I understand from the apt.
manager (who is sort of a computer geek) that someone has gotten my
usenet/email personal info off the community computers and is using it for
nefarious purposes.
That's as much as I'm going to say here--more than I wanted. Unlike you, I
have no burning obsession with censoring posters or harming them by
attempting to hype up a case with the news server (or even ISP, if you can
locate them in your snooping) to get a poster here thrown out (at least
temporarily).
Does your hatred , spitefulness, sadistic persecution or gross paranoia
(of/against me and some others here) know no limits, sir? Have you no
tolerance of the anarchic nature of the usenet, or notice that is fairly
common for folks to 'flame' and get mutually nasty with each other here?
Have you no reasonable tolerance of those you are diametrically opposed
to? Apparently not. Your digging into my former website's cache and
charging me with tampering with my site counter to appear more "popular"
is the incident that started all this, apparently. I told you then (last
month) that it angered me that you would do this, and consequently I
started throwing back charges you had "broken into" my website. Of course,
I knew you hadn't, but that's what you get sometimes in retaliation. I
wanted to toss it all back to you in anger. I figured if you can make such
an outlandish accusation against my character, then I can do the same in
return.
As far as libel goes, and that's a real laugh to me, you have commonly
slandered people by derogatory name tagging, and have made false or
unfounded allegations. And, as far as I know, you've been giving your real
legal name ID on your posts. You are a sick individual, fella, who can't
simply go about your business of posting and debating without taking it
into an incredibly demented level. You intent is to inflict some level of
punishment, restriction and pain on folks.
Your boasting about this cruelty toward others, this insidious grinding
hatred and paranoia you exhibit here in this NG, this persecutory
"stalking" attitude toward those you don't like for whatever reasons--is
all indicative of a personality in need of some intensive personal review
and professional therapy.
If you are a mature person, intelligent, healthy of mind, and healthy in
your personal interrelationships, you'd not be displaying the kind of
nasty behavior so well noted here in your attacks on me and some others.

What you should have is enough ethics not to use it, knowing that
geocities.com (and any other "free" site org) requires a password for
the user to access his or her files. And you fucking knew that when
you found it and then placed a url for it in this NG. Or, you're just
