Indian PM asks Pakistan to rein in terror
NEW DELHI, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- India's prime minister has asked Pakistan to
totally dismantle the terrorist infrastructure within its borders.
Speaking Monday during an Independence Day ceremony at historic Red Fort
in the Indian capital, New Delhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that
although Pakistan has put some checks on terrorists' activities, it is not
possible to achieve success through half-hearted efforts.
"It is necessary that the entire infrastructure of terrorism is totally
dismantled," Singh said.
India has accused Pakistan of training terrorists in training camps on its
soil and sending them across the border to kill innocent people -- a
charge Pakistan has always denied.
Singh said India would be forced to respond to continuing provocation. "If
violence continues, then our response too will be hard," he said.
Singh said a democratic government should be able to differentiate between
the genuine problems of people and the designs of terrorists.
Extremism is a challenge that requires a united response from everyone, he
said.

Oh...the wolf of course! The grizly is just force, no brain. Mind, the
wolf wouldn't be thought 'ill of' when he used any...device...to
achieve his goal. Grizly's don't play a by-the rules' game.
Sledge hammers have an amazing effect...On even the largest of bad
bears. ;)
