That looks like a fake news site, designed to spew out propaganda.
It appears to have just been put up (no stories more than a few days
old). If you select languages other than english, then the dates are
still listed in english. They have a sports section that is empty. The
weather just lists the maximum temperatures for the towns/cities in
Iran. And the majority of news stories seem to be things that are of
interest to Americans (what Iran is doing with it's oil and gas, who
they are trading with, opinions on nuclear power, etc). Even the
article that states that Iran is willing to help the hurricane victims
then goes on to say how Iran has the right to nuclear power.
Just like aljazeera.com (which seems to be only in english)
