It was said from day one that the planning and training of the attacks on 9-11
had to have the involvement of a state, Iraq was that state.

You make an assertion with little or sketchy evidence and claim the evidence
fully confirms your assertion. You then chide 'Liberals' because they have
to produce hard evidence to the contrary to disprove your assertion. Kind of
like 'You're guilty until you can prove you're innocent'.
