needs to repent for "Sins Of The Past", before they can be 'Forgiven' !!!

It is appalling to blame the people of New Orleans for the disaster that
befell them! Your "Great Beyond" is just an excuse to mask the fact that

Why single out the Capital of one country, when the same 'abuse' of power is happening in just
about every other Capital City (government), in every other country.
It seems that "Being Elected To Power" (peacefully, or otherwise) now a days, is a "Right Of
Passage" to being [freely] corrupt. - Its as if the Modern Day 'general populace' would
expect nothing less.
The 'Latest' regime in Washington is not the first (nor the last) government to give people a
feeling of DOUBT, their just the ones that seem to be "hogging" the SPOTLIGHT right now !!!
And, not all of their current PUBLICITY, is their own DOING.

I was just keeping it local (relatively) is all,
so only selected other cities from the US. I'd
put other cities outside of the US ahead of both
Washington and Vegas.

Hurricane Joyce, I believe.....
It will be on August 26th, 2006 -- but New Orleans iz down to a
population of just 125,000 -- one quarter of the population it waz b4
the Katrina catastrophe......

I'm guessing that the Gulf Of Mexico "Hurricane Season" will be 'Completely Different' than
2005.
