KIM is Korean for describing the 'Golden HUE' that encapsulates the SUN
as it 'Sets On The Horizon' .
Is this Kim Jong Il''s "Final Proclaimation" (before his assasination)
???
Just A (Hopeful) Thought.

"Chee" (chi) is not a KOREAN WORD (at least not in the Korean
language).
[It is more assosiated with the Chinese "Ying/Yang" (Confucius)
Philosophy.]
But, the word you are referring to is 'symbolic' to the "Human Life
Force" of all humans !!!.
It is the 'Driving' Life Force of all humans; - To Survive -
"Regardless".
Just A (Confucius) Thought.

I believe you're thinking of Tai Chi. Chi is the universal Force, and
must be kept in balance.
Confucius was a philosopher who focused on behaviors, rather than energy
flows.
