The moral to the story is:
Only a skanky white girl would go up to a married black basketball stars
hotel room, cry rape and then sleep with somebody else the next day.
Rape is a violent act and if she were *really* raped she would be too
traumatized to be intimate so soon.
Come on! We're talkin' bout KOBE BRYANT here!
Skanky white girl was all too EAGER and WILLING!

I agree. I never thought she was raped, for the very reasons you bring up!
Raped women often won't even let their husbands touch them for some time.
Unfortunately, civil suits require much less proof, so she may yet get a big
payday!

Or, she may get nothing except some big legal fees which she
can never hope to pay. It's a dangerous game she is playing.
