The attack occurred between Lucane and Konculj, four kilometres from

Two men in black uniforms and balaclavas stopped a van with Swiss

stop, the attackers opened fire, hitting the Golf with more than
twenty shots.
The deputy head of Belgrade's South Serbia Coordination Committee
described the incident as a typical terrorist attack.

PODGORICA -- Monday – The Socialist National Party criticized
Montenegro Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic for planned referendum on
independence he has scheduled before the national parliamentary
elections.
Djukanovic's stance on the referendum is "just another provocation for
political enemies, and a step away from the European Union, as well as
a move to escalate already present tension in Montenegro." said a
statement from the Socialist National Party.
