If one plays an audio recording of the word mabus backwards, it comes
out sounding very similar to the pronunciation of the name Saddam. Try
it! If you have Windows and a microphone you can see for yourself.
Just start "Sound Recorder" found under "Accessories" /
"Entertainment", then make the recording and play it backwards by
selecting "effects" / "reverse."
Strangely, searching the WWW and Usenet turns up no reference to anyone
trying this before.

then something nasty happens.
There is NO way to know who Mabus is BEFORE he dies,
and even then, ANY number of things can be considered
to be the undefined events in the quatrain.
