Aleister Crowley didn't make the astrological associations for the
trumps that you attribute to him. They are straight out of the
system of magic of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, of which
Crowley was a member.
The only change Crowley made to the Golden Dawn set of esoteric
associations was to link the Hebrew letter Tzaddi to the Emperor.
This is based on the line in Crowley's "Book of the Law:"
"[Tzaddi] is not the Star." Crowley's explanation appears near the
beginning of his "Book of Thoth." Crowley inverted the placements
for the Hebrew letters associated with these two trumps.
Crowley was not an atheist. He believed himself to be the Beast of
Revelations. God and various gods are mentioned numerous times in
his writings. He believed himself the herald of a new age presided
over by the war god, Horus.
For heaven sake, Min, inform yourself before writing drivel. By

Actually, I found the attributions to Aleister Crowley on page 5
of 'The Encyclopedia Of Tarot' Volume I, by one Stuart R. Kaplan,
ref http://www.amazon.com/Encyclopedia-Tarot-Vol-1/dp/0913866113.
So, regardless of where Crowley got them from, he, and apparently
the "Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn", were dead-wrong on 12 of
the 22 Major Arcana Trumps. God wrote the Tarot, not fallible men.
Just as God wrote the Ten Commandments and Two Great Commandments
that all men are Created equal, not fallible men. Tarot is divine.

Crowley was not an atheist. He believed himself to be the Beast of
Revelations. God and various gods are mentioned numerous times in
his writings. He believed himself the herald of a new age presided
over by the war god, Horus.
Don't forget that Atheists always lie, because they are incapable of
telling the truth. Even when an Atheist says "2 + 2 = 4", even that
is a lie, simply because it came from out of the mouth of an Atheist.

Aleister Crowley didn't make the astrological associations for the
trumps that you attribute to him. They are straight out of the
system of magic of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, of which
Crowley was a member.
Actually, I found the attributions to Aleister Crowley on page 5
of 'The Encyclopedia Of Tarot' Volume I, by one Stuart R. Kaplan,
ref http://www.amazon.com/Encyclopedia-Tarot-Vol-1/dp/0913866113.
So, regardless of where Crowley got them from, he, and apparently
the "Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn", were dead-wrong on 12 of
the 22 Major Arcana Trumps. God wrote the Tarot, not fallible men.
Just as God wrote the Ten Commandments and Two Great Commandments
that all men are Created equal, not fallible men. Tarot is divine.
Regardless of what may be in Kaplan's "Encyclopedia of Tarot," (a
fine set of reference books, by the way), Crowley did not invent
the assignment of the Tarot trumps to the planets, zodiac signs
and elements. He derived it from the system of magic developed by
the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, under the leadership of S.
L. MacGregor Mathers and his wife. Crowley's system of Tarot was
the Golden Dawn system. He changed almost nothing of it. The only
significant change was the "[Tzaddi] is not the Star" line from
his "Liber AL." I place the word "tzaddi" in brackets because in
the manuscript for the "Book of the Law" (Liber AL vel Legis) the
Hebrew letter appears as a single Hebrew letter, not written out
in its English name, as I have done.
As to where the Golden Dawn got their assignments for the trumps,
that is easy enough to trace. It ultimately derives from W. Wynn
Westcott's translation of the Kabbalistic text, "Sepher Yetzirah."
In "Sepher Yetzirah" the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet are
divided into three groupings, the 3 Mothers, the 7 Doubles, and
the 12 Singles or Simple letters. The author of "Sepher Yetzirah"
and the commentators on the text linked these three groups of
letters to three of the four elements, the seven planets of
astrology, and the twelve zodiac signs.
The Golden Dawn, in constructing its complex system of magic,
linked the 22 Hebrew letters to the sequence of 22 trumps of the
Tarot. They carried over the links between the Hebrew letters and
the elements, planets and signs that were given in "Sepher
Yetzirah" (as they understood them -- Mathers did a little
interpretation on the seven planets, since this matter is not
clear in "Sepher Yetzirah").
This is why Crowley's system (the Golden Dawn system) assigns
these astrological bodies and elements as they do. They are
limited by the traditional ordering of the Tarot trumps, and by
the established ordering of the Hebrew alphabet, and the
Kabbalistic assignment of the astrological glyphs to the Hebrew
letters.
So, it wasn't a case of Crowley, or Mathers being so stupid, and
you being so intelligent. It was the constraints of the system
used by the Golden Dawn that dictated the structure of these
occult assignments to the trumps. Mathers had a little wiggle
room. He felt bold enough to invert the locations and Roman
numerals of the trumps Strength and Justice. He followed the lead
of Eliphas Levi in placing the Fool at the head of the trumps.
But, in the main, he did not tamper with the traditional order of
the trumps, or the Kabbalistic assignment of the elements, planets
and signs to the Hebrew letters.
I explain all this to you on the slender chance that you might
really wish to understand the material that you presume to write
about.
