right around there. I haven't lived in Philly for years but I recall the
police station being at 17th and Montgomery. I can promise you that it's
one fucked up area and has been for 50 years. I know Temple U. is right
down the street but the rest of that area is a stone fucking shithole.
Let's put it this way, he's gonna be one of the few white convicts there.
