*Sigh* Not only women's voices, but string instruments and artwork with
faces, too. What a dour, horrible religion.

The article you posted said
"Tarek Fateh, host of the Muslim Chronicle weekly show on Vision TV, said the
event excludes the rich cultures of other Muslims from the Persian Gulf, Africa
and Asia, who do welcome female vocalists, paintings of human beings and string
instruments."
But a bigot like you couldn't resist generalize everyone, even when the article
you posted yourself doesn't do it. Nothing new from a bigot rightwing nut like
you.

www.islamonline.net reiterates that drums only are permitted in Islam and
that music should not distract in any way from religion. The most joyless
religion I have ever heard of...even Pentecostals and Baptists who frown on
dancing allow music.
Yes, I realize that some muslims disagreed with the festival's version of
sharia, but that was not my point in posting that article. I am disgusted
that such an event is taking place in my country!

What about dozens of other Islamic sites that say there is no prohibition of
music in sharia?

Who are you to define what sharia says about music?

You proved you were a ***** in your own fictional account of sucker punching

How punching a fat Americunt in the nose for fun is being sissy? You are more
stupid than a stack of stones. Maybe the fat has gone to your brian too now?
Hi AK - You sure one fat-*****-for brains.
Who gave ya the authority to began criminal acts against people AK?
But you claim ethics but are in fact a criminal who has no ethics -

But the point of contention is criminals like you who steal peoples

Sounds like about as much fun as a Kumba Festival on American Beach.
For those who aren't familiar with that beach, even blacks are afraid to
go there after dark.

I suppose a Cajun Zydeco Crawfish Festival could be just as bad.
You won't see me at either.

I don't think I'd go to that beach, either, but I like zydeco (in small
doses)! And I loooove Cajun food! I have had a couple of Paul Prudhomme's
cookbooks for many years and love whipping up a rabbit sauce piquant or
seafood jambalya...YUM!
I would like to eat my way through New Orleans some day! Actually, I love
to try food from all cultures...I just stay away from raw fish and rare game
meat, as I have said before.
