With Bush and even Congress approval ratings so low, there is no way
Al Queida or other terrorist orgs will attack US or other allies until
Nov 7 or later....
I could see a major attack on NOV 7 ELECTION DAY.....now that would
really cause some chaos.....
But an attack now would improve the Bush ratings and even make his
policies and the war on Iraq a necessity for the USA......
