Would you have prefered my ignoring the situation, and to just let
those men lay their bomb in the roadway and kill the occupants of the
next car to pass by? Is that what your God would have wanted?
Lightwing, I have no sensation of 'wrong'. I was doing a job...and that
is all. The terrorists were responsible for their own downfall. As it
was, they were trying to kill non-catholics. It was a sectarian murder
that was being enacted.
I have no remorse. My actions were right, and no amount of
sanctimonious words will alter that.
I will happily answer to any 'God' if there is one.
Might as well add a couple of fatal accidents to the list whilst you
are at it. Twice, drivers of stolen cars were killed when I ran them
from the road. They had the choice of stopping, but prefered to
jeopordise the lives of ordinary people using the road by driving
without any thought as to the consequences. I felt then, and now, that
my action saved innocent lives...not took guilty ones.
No Prince. I have no need of remorse, nor fear of devine retribution.
This has nothing whatsoever to do with Mr Millar and his sad death. My
discontent is with the madman who, pretending to be God, claims to have
'called' Dan. That I will not countenance.
