So what significance can we draw from OJ Simpson.

When these texts were discovered, in 1995 and 1996, there was
absolutely no reason at all for Nostradamus to be interested in
the O. J. Simpson saga. These crimes have nothing to do with the
unintended destruction of Paris.

Back to Nostradamus. The decyphered texts yielded two quatrains
speaking of these crimes. Here they are:

The only possible link one could ever make between these crimes
and this poem is the similarity between the first character of
the poem (L'oriental) and the first name of the ex-husband,
Orenthal. And other than the fact the the murders were committed
with a knife, thereby piercing both victims (and almost
decapitating them), it is almost impossible to link the crimes
with this text.

Here, the full name of the violent husband is mentioned, the
first name of his ex-wife Nicole, too, and the first name of the
other victim, Ronald, as well. All this was well known at the
time, but I do not remember having read anything concerning the
order in which both murders were committed.

That was about the first one. If you had a fully-functioning
brain and were French-speaking, I would ask you to produce
another text in perfect French, with or without 16th century
spelling as needed, using the same method and speaking of the
circumstances of the unintended destruction of Paris.

Then, and only then, would you be able to say that the originally
published text is nothing but meaningful gobbledygook hiding
other texts, one about OJ, one about Paris.

Nostradamus often deals with an event using two quatrains. He did
so as well in quatrain VII-14:

Here, absolutely nothing relates to the circumstances of the
crimes. Except, perhaps, an obscure mention of the race of the
victims (white) and of the ex-husband (black). The whole thing
can only be found in the decyphered text:

--------- et plusieurs photographies de Nicole ---------------

Nostradamus did translate elsewhere certain proper names in
French. Here, Nicole Brown becomes Nicole La Brune. What about
the ex-husband's financial situation? The decyphered text speaks
of him as being ruined when pictures of the crime are published
in Paris. Is he technically ruined at the moment? Dunno. When and
where will these photographs be published in Paris? Dunno.

This is the only link established by Nostradamus (if these
decyphered texts are by him) between the crimes and France: many
pictures of them shall be sold in Paris.

That was about the second quatrain. There is to my knowledge no
link between France and the OJ Simpson saga. And the only link
mentioned by Nostradamus refers to photographs of these crimes
being sold in Paris. That's all.

When would these be sold? When OJ is ruined.

Is he ruined, having had a 33.5M$ judgment against him? As he
still has not paid a cent in satisfaction of that judgment, is he
ruined? I don't know.

If my assumption is correct, the decyphered text tells us that
photographs of the murder victim Nicole Brown shall be sold in
Paris. When? I don't know.
