My first impression of it was that it is a counter-theory - a theory
which had been fabricated in an attempt to discredit theory in
general.
The reason I say this, is that that site was the only site that I
could find which described the 'Omega Agency' in a way which didn't
include alien research and alien assistance to the president, or
aliens working to thwart the covert NWO agencies, etc. There is a lot
of links, but this is the only one -I- could find which depicted this
so-called organisation in a more-or-less consistent light to other
theories. Perhaps the other links are counter-theories, and this one
isn't - or maybe all the links are sensationalised ad random in an
attempt to put a 'loony' spin on it - something somebody like Jean
would latch onto if he even had the vaguest notion to cross-reference
what has been posted by means of a search engine.
As far as your mention of crime gangs - Giuseppe Mazzini, who became
the head of the Illuminati in 1834, formed the Mafia from the parent
organisation (which he also formed), Oblonica. So, in other words,
you are very right.
