So, I've been spending my time keeping track of the road
conditions/incidents in Tennessee and Kentucky as my daughter and SIL
make their way back North from Mississippi. Tennessee's traffic info
site was very helpful, and I was able to alert them to stop-and-go
traffic before they got caught up in it. Kentucky's site stinks -
nothing about any road construction or incidents on the road the kids
are on, but they were stuck in traffic due to a major accident that is
blocking 3 lanes of a 4-lane highway. So, anyone who tracks traffic for
loved ones traveling around, this is something to keep in mind. (Of
course, if they'd use the CB like we keep telling the, they'd have known
about it in advance, anyway).
Guess I'll go out and work in one of the gardens for a while until they
hit West Virginia now...
