2. Angels unbound (freed) from under the river Euphrates.
3. Angels stirrup the Kings of the East to go to war.
4. The Kings of the East cross the dried up Euphrates river and attack
(Isreal/Jerusalem).

In Enoch it ALSO speaks of Parents and children at war with each other
wich could "perhaps" be a metaphore of an inter-war between Muslems
(Shiites of the North (Syria, South Lebanon, Iraq, Iran) attacking
Sunnies of the South (Egypt, Saudie Arabia, Jordan) with perhpas
Isreal/Jerusalem as the middle battleground.

I think your reference needs to be clearer, if you really want to
prove a point instead of grasping at themes, which seem to be out of
context.
Also your time-line for these events is missing.

It would be pleasing if someone could specify which of the
similarities do not exist..

As specified, all the similiraties as written are found at either the
book of Revelation's 6th vial, the 6th trumpet, the 6th seal, and the
book of Enoch (and only at sentences surrounding the single sentence

metaphor and allusion in a text clearly written by a person or persons
