Looks like some of you are ganging up on Peter - enjoying yourselves?
First, I don't know how any of you could blame him for wanting a
newsgroup entitled: alt.prophecies.nostradamus to actually be *about*
Nostradamus!
I'm as guilty as sin when it comes to not posting about
the topic (as are about 90% of us here..) but still, how can you blame
the (very few) people who have a true interest in him when they
complain?
Peter has a great sense of humor, and doesn't seem to have a mean
bone in his body. Jean and Peter are actually the only two here that
I would even *attempt* to ask a question about Nostradamus if I ever
had one.. out of the risk of being told I don't know 16th century
French - and getting some wise-***** reply. Some of you whine that we

people who want to make sure they incessantly post propoganda-drivel
into these ng's and think that they are so cool that they did

Studying prophecies is not only studying prophecies, but also studying
possible prophecy fulfillments. Comments about the hotspots and Europe
are important in determining if prophecies pertain to these times. It
doesn't matter if the writers are believers in prophecies or not.
There is a good mix of opinionated people who occasionally post in
this newsgroup, posting relevant material which should be of interest
to many.
It's true that Peter set a high standard for intelligent discourse;
but an alt group is an alt group. Purists can start a new moderated
group.
