"Dead Heat" means you must get out there and convince grandma and the
other elderly people *not* to vote for Bush!
If they are really stubborn? Remind them what Kerry is going to do about
their prescription drugs and how Bush really wants to keep that
OVERPRICED business in the US to help his corporate buddies.
If they are extremely feeble then you just take that mail-in ballot and
mark the box by Kerry's name *yourself*.
