No. We're getting taller and wider. But people living in big
cities who walk a lot are in better physical condition. The
Californians who drive a lot are in the worst condition. So
go get yourself an odometer which counts calories (ever hear
of 'The Step Diet' ? It's a book written by some Boulder,
Colorado nutritionists and dieticians. It's about walking
a lot, and burning more calories than you take in).

I think I might write a diet book.
The Shopping Diet Book.
For every mile you walk between stores at the mall....you get to make a
purchase! You can only eat chocolate covered esspresso beans while you
are at the mall. The combination of chocolate and coffee will give you a
power surge that is the equivelant of two 12oz cans of Rock Star....The
Hiroshima of energy drinks! :)

delicacies showing the caloric intake.

We can also take up sports, which has the excellent side effect of pumping money
