Doesn't matter. NK's nukes are practiaclly useless for warfare purposes. They're the size of a
moderate sized truck. Much too large for a warhead. They could be delivered by plane or drone.

Why does it concern us then?

The larger issue with NK is the massive fortifications that contain conventional artillery imbedded
into hillsides. They could pulverize Seoul in a day. As for reaching America with a missile. Nope.
Ain't going to happen. Why is America concerned? Instability in the region. Japan, SK, and China all
stand to loose if the fruit loop wigs out. America has strong economic ties with all three.
Personally, I think the Bush administration has blown the nuke issue way out of
proportion...........shock-surprise!

Technology and (raw) materials are just as usefull. The Iranians can do the
rest by themselves.
And no-one is going to shoot down a plane carying 3 kilo's of enriched
uranium (and one ton of lead).
