There's some added tension in a community that's already on edge.
Hamilton Police say anti-Hispanic flyers are being distributed in some
neighborhoods.
That includes one in which a nine-year-old girl was raped two weeks
ago.
The suspect is still on the loose.
The search for Alfredo Lopez Cruz has created tension between white and
hispanic neighbors.
Police hope the white-supremacist flyers won't ignite more violence.
"These hate groups see this an an opportunity to pander their
propoganda. This was a violent crime. It was not racial. The people in
the hispanic community are cooporating. We're doing everything we can
to find the suspect, hopefully this will just pass," said Sergeant Tom
Kilgour of the Hamilton Police Department.
The suspect is believed to still be in Ohio.

If the flyers are fomenting anti-hispanic sentiment, that's exactly
what's going on. One man raped a little girl, not the entire ethnic group.
