There's currently a problem with using this argument in any debate.
I am informed [rightly or wrongly] that the US military suicide rate in Iraq,
is the same as the civilian suicide rate in the USA.

Yes.......there is aproblem. The military should be the "cream of
the crop" both mentally and physically. In that sense they do not
reflect the rest of the population.

Well, perhaps they are, but the'cream' of the American 'crop'
would be pretty brain-dead to start with..........
