Nobody -- including the Whitehouse -- ever claimed
that Bush travelled anywhere to drill. In the
Whitehouse produced & released "Point summaries,"
Bush never drilled anywhere other than Texas. He
wasn't in the Texas National Guard any more, and
hadn't been for a while, but the Whitehouse produced
documents had him drilling in Texas.
