Are you talking about Steriods? First of all I do not use Steroids, just
because there may be a couple of posts in a fitness group where I inquired
about them doesn't mean that use them.
Secondly, no one "ingests daily" when using Sterioids.
Try learning about it if you want to comment on it, Dimbo.
