Nah, these are 3 localized conflicts:

One the lifting of a conditional cease fire decided by the UN between the
coalition and Saddam who started it by attacking his neighbor without
provocation, even though most of the SC were weasels who didn't respect
their signatures and are the ones most responsible for the problems there,
this betrayal fueling the false justification of the Mullah who make
fatwas against the US soldiers there,

The other being again an unprovoked attack on the US by an illegitimate
army with the support of a country, Afghanistan, met with a coalition
wished for by the UN beforehand and sanctioned by the UN afterwards, which
is now under the NATO alliance supervision.

And third, the Muslims launching unprovoked attacks on Israel, and that
country defending itself.

There are no other conflict in other countries, none officially make any
war effort but maybe the countries where there are these conflicts, all
others not really preparing for a global war, not rationing or censuring
or drafting, as you well know.

You can tell your daughter not to worry, it will be obvious when it's
World War III, like we knew when it was World War II. Every country will
be totally mobilized for it.

Afghanistan - fighting a Taliban / Al Quada 'multi-country' coalition
force

- We have three (+) countries of the Free World fighting in Iraq -
against a multi-country 'fundamentalist' (terrorist - ???) group of the
"Anti-American / Anti-Isreali" faction of the Middle East

If this is not a World War, I don't know what is ???
