On 2-7-04 there will be a 6.8 to 7.1 earthquake
on the San Andreas fault, epicenter between Marin
and Redwood City. Much like this:

2/7/04 date corrects earlier dates of 12/18/03 and
2/15/04.
No quakes nearly that large anywhere near the U.S.,
let alone in SanFran, in the week surrounding that date.
