Fool's Overture, Pt.1

History recalls how great the fall can be
While everybody's sleeping, the boat's put out to sea.

Borne on the wings of time,
It seemed the answers were so easy to find...

Too late! the prophets (profits) cried,
The island's sinking, let's take to the sky!

Called the Man a fool, stripped Him of His pride,
Everyone was laughing, up until the Day He died.

Oh, though the wounds went deep,
He's calling us ALL out of our sleep...

< cue music >

(to be continued)

Well human beings *are* fools and peoples are sheeples (must remember that
one ;-)
We are all just gonna have to learn the *hard way* -- what lies just ahead
*ain't* very nice.......

Hey Wally,
Have you seen any prophecies about the disasters from the Mayan people?
I don't know if you noticed but we are getting many things every week now on
the new, with earthquakes, harsh weather, to accidents in boats, ships,
planes, trains and dare I say automobiles.
But I am just wandering if you have heard much that might fill in the gaps
of the generalisation of these things.

Libra is my opposing sign (I'm a Capricorn) And no word of lie, no
***** man, I swear to you that every Libra I have met I haven't gotten
along with.. and that was even *before* I knew that Capricorns and
Libras are opposing signs (so it wasn't a pre-conceived thought or
bias.) Oh and the irony.. guess who is a Libra? My ex! LOL! No
wonder it sucked so badly.
The Air and the Earth.
Dani
(PS: no offense to all Libras out there.. there are always
exceptions to the rule. It's not that Libras are "bad" in any sense
(of course not) - it's just that Libras and Capricorns don't mesh..
it's like wearing orange with red (good Lord) - or white on some
else's Wedding day.)

Ah so sad.. so live 'er up while we can, ha? Party away. It all will
mean ***** in the end, anyway, right?
The world is a chaotic fucked-up mess. It's about time Jesus paid us
a little visit.
We didn't ask to be here.. stop subjecting us. But then again, a lot
of people get mad at God. But I believe he does things for a
*reason*; and not always a reason that you will automatically see..
you may be ***** for years - then one day you say: "Hey this kinda
makes sense now.. maybe it was for a reason."
I really don't think the "end times" are near .. I'm afraid it will
have to get much much worse before then. Jesus is very understanding
of humans because he was once a human himself (can't ever say that guy
is a hypocrite.) He knows what we go through. I'm sure he's in pain
and agony when he looks down at what we've become.
But then again - we were created in his *image* - so any attribute we
exhibit is something that was instilled in us, originated from him.
Who else. He created us.
But it's all about sacrifice and denyiny the temptations - it's like

Yep, all interesting points Dani. Including the 'train the dog' part.
That's quite a troublesome thought. IF there is a God....well, I'm not
sure that he should have made us with so much survival instinct and
sense of freedom.
I don't know about believers, but I do know that I refuse to be
trained like an animal, to blindly obey and adore an unseen Deity.
Maybe I'm an exception to the 'made in his likeness?' I know I am just
a natural rebel. Tell me that I must not do a thing...and it's a
certainity that I'll do it!
The only constraints on this, are those things which I percieve as
being wrong, and against my own view of the world.
I love those, 'Don't walk on the grass' signs ;) How can anyone resist
after that pompous directive!

Yep....the ten read pretty much like "thou shalt keep off the gras",
almost
like they were designed for people who have a rebellious streak. (and
most of us do)
Guess god only wants a certain type of sinner. ;) To submit is
totally against human nature. Maybe that is why there are so many
