Not to fear. Once Alito effectively gets rubber stamped into
the Supreme Court come January 2006, every anti-Xian liberal
A.C.L.U. agenda is going to be summarily dispatched to Hades.
Besides, Xmas is in fact based on the 3rd-century Holy Roman
Catholic Empire's version of Natalis Solis Invicti, meaning
literally "Birth of the Sun-Invincible", the winter solstice
which marks the beginning of the tenth tropical zodiac month
of Capricornus, hence the joyous proclamation "Io Saturnalia!"
in honor of the the King of the elder Titans, Saturn, Father
Time, because on the winter solstice Apollo begins to return
from his winter vacation down in the land of the Hypoboreans.
To honor the Advent of Jesus Christ--whose actual month and
date of birth was much in dispute among the gentiles, Mother
Church relegated Jesus' birthday to December 25th in lieu of
consensus, hence "Birth of the Sun-Invincible" became "Birth
of the Son [Lat. Filius]-Invincible"... Understand?
That's how December 25th became known as Christmas (and Xmas,
properly using the ancient Greek Khi which looks like an 'X'),
literally Christ-Mass. Furthermore, Jesus was actually born
before sunrise Monday August 12, 3 BC, at about 3:50 AM LMT
+2:20 [1720550.56250; 35e13 31n42], which was 1 Elul 3758 in
the metonic lunisolar Hebrew calendar, (Lat. Augusti mensis
die XI h. XV m. XLVII post meridiem horologii Mathematici).
But that doesn't detract from the traditional celebration of
Xmas in any way, shape or form. Since Christmas is all about
giving, charity, joviality and generosity. Rest assured that
the Supreme Court will guarantee that Christmas continues to
be celebrated openly, loudly and proudly in all 50 states of
the Union--i.e. once we've pulled the teeth of the ACLU beast. :-D
