attack 6 nations in the region with missiles.

For these actions his army was
driven from Kuwait and his nation was slapped with harsh sanctions.
A Ceasefire agreement was signed that required certain actions on his
part, he
NEVER met these requirements even though we gave him 12 years to do so.
Yes he did. Just that yankies never believed him. It's been proved now since
there is not a smidgen of WMD in or near Iraq...except what the seppo's have
with them of course.
